Hello, I'm June. I'm an aerial yoga instructor.
I began teaching aerial yoga in 2016 in Hong Kong, where I grew up. I also taught aerial hammock dance at a flying arts studio.I moved to Australia in 2018 and started up June's Garden -Yoga and Flying Arts in 2021.
I like hanging upside down, it is a time for me to listen my body and relieve stress from my daily life. Everyone should have a "ME" time to learn more about your body, you can get a lot of benefits by practicing aerial yoga. I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with you.

W H A T I S Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is also known as anti-gravity yoga. You will use an aerial hammock suspended from an aerial rig as a prop to support your body to modify traditional yoga poses.

By practicing aerial yoga, you will be able to explore inversions and aerial acrobatics skills which strengthen core muscles, increase flexibility and body coordination.
